Wow that fourth link about the Samsung v Apple case in the UK was rather interesting.
ReplyDeleteThat the judge ruled Samsung's device "not as cool" is hilarious!
As there is now a precedent in the UK for things not being as cool, we could see a wide range of law suits suing for copyright infringement be thrown out on personal opinions.
Too bad (for Samsung) the US judge didn't rule as such!
